An afternoon mini-retreat with restorative yoga, nervous system education, reflection, and practical tools for everyday calm.

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or like you're constantly on the go? Give yourself the gift of a peaceful afternoon to slow down, reconnect, and learn practical tools for creating more calm and balance in your everyday life.

Join yoga teacher and motivational coach Jen Larsen for this nourishing mini-retreat focused on nervous system regulation and wellbeing. We'll begin with 75 minutes of gentle restorative and yin yoga, helping the body release tension and the mind settle into a state of ease.

From there, we'll explore a variety of accessible practices that can help support a calmer, more resilient nervous system, including breathwork, gratitude practices, aromatherapy, herbs, nutrition, gentle movement, social connection, vagal toning, and more. Through guided discussion, personal reflection, and journaling, you'll gain a deeper understanding of what helps you feel grounded and identify simple ways to bring more balance into your daily life.

You'll leave with practical tools you can begin using right away, along with a gift bag of handmade aromatherapy and body care products to continue your self-care at home.

WHO: Led by Jen Larsen, yoga teacher, motivational coach, and creator of Light Your Inner Glow. Jen brings more than 20 years of yoga teaching experience along with post-graduate studies in psychology and neuroscience focused on nervous system regulation.
HOW: Sign up using our registration link — We offer this workshop on a sliding scale to help make it accessible to more people. The suggested contribution is $80 per person, with additional options of $65 and $50 available for those who need them.
