We’re looking for someone with the skills and heart to help us grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—someone who knows how to create connection, build engagement, and bring our message to life.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager who:

  • Has experience managing social media for a brand, business, or organization

  • Demonstrates success growing engagement and strengthening online community

  • Is based in the Pioneer Valley (UMass Amherst students and local applicants encouraged to apply)

  • Can commit to a minimum of 6 months

  • Has excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Is available to visit the studio weekly to capture photo + video content

  • Is comfortable using Meta Business Suite, Canva, and TikTok

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain a clear, consistent content calendar

  • Generate and direct creative ideas aligned with our brand voice

  • Capture and edit high-quality content

  • Schedule and publish 3+ posts per week

  • Build brand visibility and drive community engagement

Compensation:

  • $300 monthly stipend (negotiable based on experience)

  • Unlimited monthly yoga membership at Resonance
